In more than 25 years, Professor Booth has taught thousands of law students about business formation, securities regulation, business planning, corporate finance, and the purchase and sale of businesses. Jose Anderson served as a public defender for nine years, defending clients in major felony and death penalty cases before numerous trial and appellate courts and before the Supreme Court of the United States. Professor Anderson also serves as the director of the Snyder Center for Litigation Skills at the University of Baltimore School of Law and has written extensively on the benefits and burdens of the American jury system, jury selection and the litigation process.
