Kenneth Feinberg

Kenneth Feinberg served as the Special Master of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and is considered one of the nation's foremost experts in mediation and arbitration. An attorney in Washington, D.C., Mr. Feinberg has been involved in the settlements of cases involving Agent Orange, asbestos litigation, Holocaust slave labor litigation, and was one of three arbitrators who established the fair market value of the Zapruder film.
