Richard Booth
Richard Booth handled corporate and securities litigation before putting his business law expertise to use in the classroom. In more than 25 years, Professor Booth has taught thousands of law students about business formation, securities regulation, business planning, corporate finance, and the purchase and sale of businesses. He has published five books on a range of corporate law issues and is regularly quoted by the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the National Law Journal on questions confronting corporate America.
