William Webster

William Webster is the only American to serve as both Director of the Central Intelligence Agency and Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A former federal trial and appellate judge, he also served as co-chairman of the Homeland Security Advisory Council and is regarded as one of the world's leading experts on intelligence and security issues.
